Equipment Reliability Solutions LLC was incorporated in 2006 to establish preventative maintenance (PM) programs for mechanical equipment in the pulp and paper industry. Programs are tailored to client-specific needs for pressure vessels, aboveground storage tanks, boilers and piping equipment. The Web-based PRISE™ program is used to store maintenance information, manage inspection and maintenance schedules, and send alerts for action items with specified time limitations.
ERS clients include Temple-Inland, MeadWestvaco, Domtar Industries, Rayonier, Graphic Packaging and International Paper. The PRISE ™ program is installed at numerous facilities in 12 states. Our goal of international expansion is now enhanced as the PRISE ™ database is now adaptable to Spanish and Portuguese-speaking countries.
