PRISE® System

The PRISE (Program of Reliability and Integrity Solutions for Equipment) database management system is used to store and manage the history of inspections, repairs and maintenance for each piece of equipment. Modules are available for tanks, chests and vessels; boilers, piping networks, and miscellaneous equipment (silos/bins/vats, valves, rotating equipment and stacks).
Clients have ready access to the information they need to assure the ongoing
integrity and safe operation of their equipment.

The web based database contains:
- Master list of components
- All available design information and specifications
- All historical inspection and repair records with associated photographs and forms
- Overall photographs of each component
- Inspection protocols
- Reinspection dates
- Action items – remediation needs identified for implementation within 24 months
The database is accessible to mill management, engineering, maintenance and operations personnel, and becomes a valuable tool for planning, scheduling and budgeting the management of equipment reliability.
